Ransa Companies, LLC was formed in 2018 and currently manages 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom rental properties in Central, Eastern and South Sioux Falls. 

Neila Schrick-Aubuchon made Sioux Falls her home in 1999. She is a licensed property manager, overseeing daily operations and leasing. With over 15 years of experience, she’s been a leasing agent, assistant manager, property manager and owner.
